1. Disclaimer of Warranties (Crucial)

PLEASE READ: While MagicID uses advanced AI to adhere to photo standards, government regulations are strict and subjective.

We DO NOT GUARANTEE that the photos generated by this App will be accepted by any government agency. You are responsible for verifying requirements before submission.

We are not liable for any rejected applications, lost fees, or delays resulting from the use of this App.

2. Local Data Only

The App operates locally on your device. We are not responsible for any data loss if your device is damaged or if you delete the App without backing up your photos.

3. Purchases and Refunds

The App may offer paid features ("Pro Version").
Payments are processed by Apple. We do not have access to your credit card information.
Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple according to their policy.

4. Printing Quality

We generate high-resolution files for 4x6 inch (10x15cm) prints. However, the final print quality depends on your printer or the printing service you use.
