Thank you for using MagicID. We believe privacy is a fundamental human right. Our business model is simple: we sell software, not your data.

1. Zero Data Collection

We are transparent about what we collect: We collect nothing.

• No Server Uploads: We do not have a server. All photo processing (AI background removal, cropping) is done 100% locally on your device using Apple's Vision Framework.
• No Account Required: You do not need to register, log in, or provide an email to use the App.
• No Analytics or Tracking: We do not use third-party analytics SDKs or tracking tools to monitor your behavior.

2. Permissions We Request

To function properly, the App needs access to certain system features. These permissions are used solely for the App's functionality:

• Camera: Used only to take your ID/Passport photo in real-time.
• Photo Library: Used only to save your generated photos or to select an existing photo for editing.

3. Data Storage

All data generated by the App (photos, settings) is stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, all associated data will be permanently removed from your device.

4. Children's Privacy

Since we do not collect any data, our App is safe for users of all ages.

5. Changes to This Policy

If we introduce features in the future that require data collection (e.g., cloud sync), we will update this policy and request your consent.
